HanseImpact GmbHHanseImpact is a Hamburg-based provider of AI solutions for medium-sized companies in the DACH region.

We support companies in their AI transformation across all dimensions: strategy, culture, competence, processes, data and governance, as well as technology and infrastructure. We first analyze where time and money are actually being lost, and then we develop the appropriate AI applications ourselves, from architecture to ongoing operation.

We hold ourselves to the same standard: our own business operations run on HanseImpact OS, a proprietary development. We see it as a new, central layer alongside organizational structure and operational processes, with which AI can be managed and controlled within the company.

Our conviction: AI only has an effect when the underlying processes are clear. That's why strategy and implementation come from a single source for us, and we quantify the benefits concretely, in hours saved per week and in euros.

What added value does our solution offer our customers?
We bring AI to medium-sized companies with 200+ employees, on two levels.

In implementation, we build processes that hold up in regular operation: from analysis through architecture to ongoing operation. Every project starts with a measured baseline (which process costs how many hours and how much money today) and is measured against it, not against tool functions. It is built so that data, models, and operation remain accessible to the company.

At the management level, we accompany the AI transformation ourselves. AI projects rarely fail due to technology, but rather due to communication, roles, and a lack of decision-making. For this, we look with the IMPACT model along six dimensions (Impulse, People, Processes, Alignment, Compliance, Technology), of which exactly one is a technology question.
