*Solution: AXeLANT connects SAP Business One directly to our AI servers. In the first stage (AXeLANT Chat), users ask questions in natural language and receive answers directly from their live data. Examples include: “Which customers have been ordering significantly less frequently over the past six months?” or “How has the margin of product group X evolved compared to the previous year?”
Building on this, we are developing the automation stage: AI agents prepare transactions in SAP, which an employee then reviews and approves (Human in the Loop).
Technologies: Open-source LLMs running on our own GPU servers, the Model Context Protocol (MCP) as the interface between the model and SAP, and services for access control, identity management, and permissions. In addition, a container-based platform ensures high availability.
