The Chair of Sustainable Production Systems, the Chair of Machine Tools and Manufacturing Technology, and the Chair of Production Technology and Energy Storage Systems define the research content and thematic focus areas of the iwb. These lie in the fields of Additive Manufacturing, Battery Production, Laser Technology, Assembly Technology and Robotics, Sustainable Production, Production Management and Logistics, as well as in the field of Machine Tools.
